“A year apart changes nothing, Duchess. You’re still mine.”

The Duke of Irondale must not corrupt his wife. Which is why he left right after their convenient wedding. But after a year away, Gerard comes to London, only to find that Seraphina has developed a taste for extravagance.
Seraphina must protect her sister before their father’s vices destroy their family. Her plans go awry when Gerard unexpectedly returns—though she won’t submit to him that easily.
Now, the Duke is ready to bring her back under control. He’ll show his minx of a wife just how exhilarating surrender can be—and all he needs is one word from her sweet lips…

Didn't really love either character. But at least Seraphina stood up for herself.
