I live in a town that eats, sleeps, and bleeds football.
I hate football, and so does my best friend, Alyssa.
The Untouchable 8 run this town, and when they force Alyssa into their Rally Girl initiation, I made a deal with him to save her, or so I thought. Turns out nothing is as it seemed, and when the football God of this town decided I was his there was no escaping the Untouchable 8.

...Agree👍🏽 and even more: this whole excuse of extreme submission to a stranger is depressing. Jayden has been a stranger to Sadie since the beginning of the story, and yet Sadie immediately agreed to complete sexual submission in favor of a supposed ex-friend of hers, Alyssa. Who the hell "gives away" her virginity to win back the friendship of a fake "best friend"?? Alyssa "threw" Sadie, because the brainless protagonist prevented Alyssa from being fucked by an entire team of football players... I wish the author could think of a nobler motive, I don't know...saving the life of her quasi-friend Alyssa or some helpless old lady? The pretexts brought by the author discredit the protagonist and present her as a teenager without brains or minimal dignity, there are no reasons to invest my time in a story that does not generate any sympathy or respect...
I read the whole Book. It wasn't that dark like some other Books. The Root of his Obsession for the h wasn't well established. The writing was OK but not great. The h didn't put much of a fight, accepted Things way to fast for my liking. The H was half Prick, half caring. Generally I won't be going for seconds but for today it was OK but not memorable.
