Let them call me what they want, I know the truth. It all begins with the music, it follows me everywhere I go. Living as if every day is my last, I stand on the edge of life and death. My mother’s death has tainted everything but the music from him. Looking for a way to escape the cloying darkness around me, I run into the very man I admire and discover someone is after his life. Despite the consequences, I decided to help him, putting my own life in danger.
Playing bodyguard to a star shouldn’t be too hard… unless that star has little respect for his life and demons in every closet. It doesn’t help that he’s focused on getting rid of me. Little does he know, he’s not getting rid of me until after I’ve made sure the people after him are gone.

Neither of us were prepared for the instant attractions that stirred between us. Yet we have two problems. One of us isn’t who we say we are and we’re both trying to run away from their past. Will we come together in harmony or fall apart in dissonance?
