There are many rules a priest can’t break.
A priest cannot marry. A priest cannot abandon his flock. A priest cannot forsake his God.

I’ve always been good at following rules.
Until she came.
My name is Tyler Anselm Bell. I’m twenty-nine years old. Six months ago, I broke my vow of celibacy on the altar of my own church, and God help me, I would do it again.
I am a priest and this is my confession.

This book is about two people making terrible mistake after terrible mistake and hurting each other in the process. They both have no idea what communication is and only communicate through sex. If any of the characters had some self respect they’d be walking away from a toxic relationship like that.

Is this a happy ending? I would be so sad if it wasn't.

Yeah, this book had me hooked at Brithey Spears. Amazing book, it was heavily worded and so detailed in description you had a good sense of the situation and the caracters. It was meaningful and profound and it just struck home with the inner working of the man caracters struggles within themselves. It's not a quick, hot book with a dirty priest. It shows that even when you feel like you're doing wrong and you doubt yourself if you try and stay true and work on figuring out your next step you will find peace and love. I highly recommend the book for all those who are at a crossroad with their life and need something to give them a pause to think and feel and love again.

Waaayy too long. Could have been wrapped up in half the book. Bad editing.

I really loved this novel, I could relate in some since with somethings. I loved her backstory, and his too. I read it all in one sitting, I had to know what happened next.

Could not find myself caring for the characters, they had little to nothing in common other than wanting to bang it out and watching the walking dead. The sex scenes were good but the plot itself was lackluster and boring.
