When you learn at the young age of nine that words have the same impact as a fist, it shapes you into the man you grow up to be.
It makes you hard.
Unshakable.
And sometimes… Cold.
That was until he saw her in a classroom being the kind of mom that he wished he had. Being the kind of mom that all women should aspire to be.
