On Fire by Ava Summers
Dad’s dead and I’m officially an orphan. Until my long-lost mom swoops in to save the day.
On paper, my new life in the US looks amazing. In reality, not so much. Mom’s a hot mess. Her husband is…hiding things. And as for Mason’s son, Nathan, well, not even a panty-melting body can make up for his personality defects.
It’s just as well he has two sexy AF friends. Pretty sure they’ll help me settle into my fancy new school. A tasty hot-boy sandwich is just the ticket. Or…perhaps not.
Clay is too busy being brooding and mysterious to know I exist and pretty-boy Ryan’s a Grade A f*ckboy with more notches on his belt than Harry Styles.
And…don’t even get me started on Nathan’s nasty ex, Megan, who seems determined to make my life hell.
It’s lucky I’m made of strong stuff. These entitled rich boys may think they’re better than me but trust me when I say they’re wrong. Once I graduate from Ridgeview Prep, I’m out of here, but in the meantime, it’s game on!
Well, assuming I survive that long.
I thought school was hazardous to my health, but it turns out it’s the least of my problems.
Looks like I may need Nathan’s help after all. Pity he hates my guts…
