Nanny for the Single Dad by Rose King

Note to self…I am just the nanny. He is my boss.
Do not think about the late night talking, silly moonwalking single Dad.

My ex-boss, who drives me bonkers, just called to ask me to come back.
Mr Jeremy North is trying hard not to sound like he’s begging.

I only agree to come back temporarily for three reasons.
One, I love his silly, adorable children.
Two, his recommendation letter will help a ton.
Three, my boys and I don’t mind living like a family with money.

I don’t know if it’s our daily interaction or our common goal
but I’m desiring more time alone with him.

I’m trying to keep my cool and not freak out.
I can’t look him in the eyes without feeling the need to turn away.
When he touches me, my skin tingles with the absence of his hand.

It’s driving me nuts to know if he feels the same.
Maybe it will finally make sense when our mission is accomplished.
