I’ve fallen for my nemesis, a grumpy loner who continues saving my life.
My specialty-hacking. My job-help save a security team of five former SEALs currently under attack.
I pack up my car and head for the small-town Mystic, Connecticut.
Upon arrival, I am greeted by Stephen, a 6’5″ handsome man with a chiseled physique.
He grunts and immediately questions my abilities, then mocks my car.
I despise him.
And as time passes, the feelings are mutual.
I’ll be stuck with this former convict, as luck would have it.
Our mission-tracking down leads, including attending a ball as a couple.
While dodging bullets and running for our lives, a sizzling attraction begins.
There’s more to this misunderstood protector.
I’m determined to prove I deserve to be part of this team and in Stephen’s arms.

Had promise and a good plot line but there were too many holes in the story telling and too much happening it felt rushed trying to cram everything in. Dragged in parts and the ending after all the hype abruptly ended and was anti-climatic. The writing could have been better too. The romance between Stephen and Rebecca was an insta love which could have been better developed to add more chemistry. Had action but a little too cliched.
