A brand new spicy, high-angst romance from Catharina Maura—the highly anticipated, standalone spin-off of the Windsors series.

When the man she’s always been in love with starts dating one of her friends, artist Serenity Adesina creates a to-do list that will help her get over him once and for all.
The first item on that list?
Losing her virginity to Archer Harrison, her older brother’s billionaire best friend…and her boss.
He’s the perfect choice—alluring, caring, and entirely emotionally unavailable.
Their deal was supposed to be simple: Serenity will paint Archer anything he wants in return for a secret, no-strings-attached relationship.
Except each kiss leaves them both wanting more, tempting them to risk it all for what’s growing between them. That is, until a cruel twist of fate shows them that giving in to their feelings comes at a far higher cost than they could’ve imagined.

I was really excited about reading this book. But to be honest after I read it I disappointed ☹️. I mean how in the hell Sera just give up on Archer just because Ty came back. Not just that she also also said nothing when Archer slept in the same room as Ty and he was holding her all night. I can never accept my boyfriend doing this. Also Archer never changed his door lock pin or his phone password. Huh, when he found Ty back he said, "Look at me,” Archer says, his tone calm and placating. “I’m here with you, Tyra. You’re home with me, and you’re safe now, darling.” He grabs her hand and places it on his chest, the paintbrush charm I’d been playing with in the car grazing her fingers. “Breathe with me,” he tells her, his voice so soft and kind that it hurts. “Can you do that for me, sweetheart?” Wow.....just wow , how the am I supposed to believe that he really loves Sera. Tyra bursts into tears, harsh sobs wracking her small body, and Archer buries one hand in her hair, the other roaming over her back. “Don’t cry, darling,” he says, his voice breaking. “I’ve got you. Everything is okay now. You’re home, baby.” Tyra,” I hear him say. “I’m right here with you. You’re safe in my arms, Ty.” Although Ty is a victim but I fucking hate her . She knew about Archer and Sera but she still chose to guilt trap Archer. Even Ezra knew about Archer and Sera but still told Sera you know that Ty needs Archer. I understand that Ty is Ezra's best friend but how can he ask his own to understand that her boyfriend should be with someone else. Come on, you're her freaking brother. He made her feel like Archer will never choose her. Really, I felt like Ezra cared about Ty more than his own sister. Archer and Sera got back in the last two chapters. What a waste of time! I really loved Catharina Maura's books. Especially the Windsor series. The wrong bride was my least favorite. I didn't like it at all. But I had high expectations from this book. But now I feel like I just wasted my whole time on this.
