Seems like her male characters get more...grayer and grayer with each book I liked it but not a book I'll be revisiting (same for Pen Pal but for COMPLETELY DIFFERENT reasons 😭💔) Brutal vows was her magnum opus I fear and I don't thinks she'll ever top that... judging by my reaction to Reyna being mentioned by name later in this book (I miss her and Quinn so fucking much omfg!&!£!!!!!!#!#!!#!!!) I'm knee-deep in exams rn so I was reading this in-between breaks so maybe that's why I never connected with it that much?

One this J.T. never misses on is the sex scenes ..my GOODNESS bit honestly I'm so over the "ott male, cannot convey and express feelings like a normal human being and alpha whatnot" like girl whew we fucking get it.

Lol another thing I enjoy is the random Killian popups in different books 💀💀I'm officially dubbing it the Multiverse of Killian cause bro why u everywhere and recruiting everyone 😩

Lol Callum was a little pussy going that way in getting a girl who rejected him half a decade ago, feel like his ego just couldn't take Emerys brush off and because he's insane he created that thorough, elaborate plan to "get" her LOOOOOOL
