I’m so done with dating. I met this ridiculously hot guy, Casper Thorne, and we went on a few steamy dates. Just when I thought things were going well—poof—he ghosted me. Now it’s a week before Halloween and he shows up again, looking annoyingly sexy… and semi-transparent. Turns out, his psycho witch ex-girlfriend killed him. Now, he’s stuck in some kind of ghost-limbo and needs my help before he’s gone for good. Great. All I wanted was a normal life, and now I’ve got a ghost ex-boyfriend, a deranged witch leaving creepy clues, and a deadline. Because, of course, the clock’s ticking on whether I should even help my sexy specter—or let the little devil disappear forever.

Being dead sucks. Yeah, I messed up a little in life—okay, maybe a lot—but getting killed by an ex-girlfriend because I didn’t want to date her anymore? It was a new low. Now I’m a spook, stuck haunting the one girl I never meant to ghost, trying to convince her to help bring me back to life. My ex isn’t making this easy though, leading us on a wild goose chase full of crazy tasks. I’ve got one shot at fixing everything before the clock strikes twelve on Halloween.
