I’m sooo glad she is back to her earlier style. Alessandra’s works were always steamy, but also had an intense chemistry between heroes outside of bedroom and good dose of drama and turmoil. But in her latest books I had a feeling that plot was just a dull decoration to… a lot of porn. And without an actual plot development it just wasn’t the same for me. So I was kinda afraid to start a Lucien’s story. But it’s more like her earlier books. And we could see Aksel’s side a little, which helps like a lot. Aksel is a real mvp here. It’s refreshing to see that he cares for person and not just for banging on every surface.
