Another beautiful story reunited after 2 decades... proven that real love really exists. And it's another excellent work from Rina Kent. Bit of repetition but American and Mafia version. Kingsley the American mix version of (mostly)Aiden, Ronan and Jonathan King and the awesome part is, he really met Jonathan. As for Aspen, mix between Elsa,Silver and Aurora Harper King.

The most beautiful part is both Kingsley and Aspen recovered from their past, actually from Psychological fact, these kind of people are children that trapped in adults body. I love their journey as adults that keep on competing whose win more cases, at the same time the '14 y.o. Aspen and 17y.o. Kingsley' finally grow up together,while realizing, in spite they're drunk , deep down in their soul, that the night Gwyneth was conceived, their soul found its match. Rina Kent is not only a well known author but also professional writer.

Also I hate how the author still tries to make petty high school drama-like problems happen in this book when all main characters are in their freaking 30s. Like they should be having mid-life crisis and not fighting over bad temperaments.

I didn’t enjoy this book. Feel like we barely got to read about Aspen and Kingsley’ past. I hate how “several years later” actually turned out to be two DECADES! Like the author should have reunited Aspen with her baby girl sooner instead of 20 years later because she completely missed out on seeing her baby grow. Overall this just wasn’t what I expected. Waited months for this book and it completely flopped.

OHH MY LORD, THIS BOOK WAS EVERYTHING !!! I just love Kingsley and Aspen, their interactions are just out of this world. A must read.

OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!! Guys, hello...? It's freaking KINGSLEY SHAW and ASPEN LEBLANC!!!!!!!!!!!!😵😣😝 What more reason r u waiting for to read the damn book! I practically devoured it in a day nd I 'm still wishing it were longer just so I could get more of Kingsley's madness and obsession of everything Aspen aka the "witch" or so he calls her. Moreover, this whole enemies-with-benefits thing just freaking upped the hotness quotient to another unfathomable degree. 😖🤯😤

Its a great read if you are into enemies to lover trope where the MCs suffer from the body betrayal syndrome. Kingsley was a little hard to digest but again I feel the same for all the heroes of this author. OTT dominant with a strong need to prove they are the man and "mark their territories". But I know some people like that and they will definitely enjoy this. Aspen had been through a lot and her need to not be emotionally vulnerable was understandable. I really loved her character. Strong and broken at the same time. A fair warning the sex scenes have a lot of biting, spanking and some elements of dom-sub.
