Good book the story ruined for me when we get to spider’s history. Too much too unrealistic it had the opposite effect it was just a ridiculous overkill for shock
One of the best book I ve come across, their banter ,chemistry...everything was worth .I ll give a 10 n this book is highly recommended.Go for it .

Great end to the series and the epilogue does bring all the characters together. So happy for Spider and Rey as they both had dark pasts that destroyed their souls but they found a way to survive and find their HEA. Glad Spider found his soul mate and his feelings for Rey was certainly hot and the chemistry between the two was intense. Love all the Mob gang rivalry even though it was glossed over with the real backstabbing and killings it does add to the plot and a little colour to the storyline. Reyna is certainly queen and she plays the strong female lead well. Spider strong on the outside but a marshmallow on the inside who loves deeply and is hot as hell. Great read and definitely would like to read more about the mysterious thirteen. Loved it!!

ok! this was honestly my most anticipated read oat, I was so worried about Spider since the whole debacle w/ Malek and Riley and his “unreciprocated” feelings🥲 so glad we got a nice breakdown, clarification and his heartbreaking story. Him falling in love with the brides aunt was doomed to be chaotic from the beginning and nothing is so PLEASING than seeing two broken, traumatized and heavily burdened souls hiding in layers of bravado, falling for each other. it’s funny, tearjerking and man what a solid close. I didn’t think JT would surpass Sloane/Declan’s story but this one did it for me —especially since I fucking avoid enemies to lovers trope🫡🫡 This is officially my favourite.
I agree that it had Bridgerton 2 vibes...but thank god no love triangle. I cannot describe how much I adored Spider. I mean a strong, macho man who seems invincible but has a secret romantic heart? My kryptonite. I was waiting for his HEA since last book and many things about him became clearer in this one. Reyna was a pure badass and i loved how she handled the misogynistic men in her life. I loved how much they felt for each other especially when they had sex. And the praise kink? Oh sweet Spider. I couldnt have adored him more. Though the role play between the two had me cracking up 🤣 i still found that hot. And to soothe my HEA loving heart, there was an epilogue with all the characters in the series together. I loved this series and hopefully the author will continue to deliver.
Now i get why he turned so red when Riley called him handsome/hot in the last book 💀
