Uh, not this one, not for me. My problem with this is mostly how incompetent the famle character is. She practically can't do anything by herself, not without fucking it up. And unlike this author's other protagonists n her other novels, this one is falsely strong. By that i mean, she falls apart at the slightest sign of trouble, tries to kill herself instead of fighting back, and gets hot and bothered at the most awkward times, almost as though she doesn't have control over anything at all, not even her own body. But we're expected to believe she's strong because she stabbed the man who wanted to rape her to death, AFTER her three lovers surrender her to him then decide to rescue her and attack him, subdue him, and make him kneel in front of her so really all she had to do was get enough courage to stick that dagger in him.
